• 
  Chazanga North Coy will be organised into a
  church on 27^th October 2013 at 13:00hrs.
• 
  Kabanana Coy will be organised into a church on
  3^rd November 2013 at 13:00hrs
• 
  The above to take all necessary arrangements. Membership
  Register, history of the church, Founder Members and Courtesies.  
• 
  The District Crusade which is at Kabanana High
  School ends today, 19^th October 2013 and baptism will be at Kabangwe
  Dam this afternoon.

• 
  Elections:
  Refer To Church Manual pg 106-11.
• 
  The following churches are to put in
  (organising) committee to nominate the nominating committee today. Chimwemwe
  Main, Chimwemwe East and Chimwemwe West.
• 
  Election for Chimwemwe Main, East and West are
  to take place on 27.10.13 at 08:00hrs at Chimwemwe Main.
• 
  Elections for 2014 Church Officers Chazanga
  Main, Chazanga West, and Chazanga Central Coy to take place tomorrow 20.10.2013
  at 08:00hrs at Chazanga Main. Come with packed meals.
• 
  District elections for the following Federations
  and Societies to take place on 3^rd November 2013 at Chimwemwe Main at
  08:00hrs. Dorcas, AMO, Youth and Music. All society council members to attend
  and each singing group to send a representative for music elections.

DORCAS/AMO

• 
  The Dorcas and AMO Needy day for chipata clinic
  will take place on 24^th of October 2013. All are to assemble at
  shokas bus stop along Kasangula road at 07:00hrs for March Past to the clinic. All
  members to attend.

Youth

• 
  The Copperbelt Zambia Conference Field Quiz takes
  place on 20^th October 2-13. Our district is to be represented by Rick
  Shamuyombwe and Agrippa Nyirenda.
