  Kindly submit the church Attendance report for
  the second week this quarter (12^th October) to the pastor at his
  residence tomorrow 27^th October2013 by 09:00 hours or Chazanga North
  at 14:00 hours. Attached is the church Attendance report. Elders please comply

  North Company will be organised into a church tomorrow 27^th October,
  2013 at 13:00hours.
• 
  Kabanana
  coy will be organised into a church on 3^rd November, 2013 at
  13:00 hours.
• 
  The above to make all necessary arrangements. Membership
  register, history of the church. Founder members and courtesies
• 
  We thank the crusade organising committee, Elder
  Mufarali Family, Elder N’gandu and family and all the Crusaders for a successful
  crusade (50 souls were baptized)

  Elections-

  Election for Chimwemwe Main has been rescheduled to 3^rd November,
  2013 same venue and time.
• 
  Elctions for Chimwemwe East and Chimwemwe West
  are to take place tomorrow 27^th October, 2013 at Chimwemwe Main at
  08:00 hours.
• 
  District election for the following Federations
  and societies to take place on 3^rd November, 2013 at Chimwemwe Main
  at 08:00 hours. Dorcas AMO, Youth and
  Music. Each society to choose two representatives for Youth, Dorcas and AMO
  elections and each singing group to send two representatives for music
  elections
• 
  Dorcas/
  AMO – All Dorcas societies to start preparing for CZC Zone exposure Day to
  be advised.
• 
  Youth-
  December youth Camp Fees K90.00 per person from 22^nd to 28^th
  December, 2013.
• 
  SID
  Pathfinder Camporee will be at LIBES College in Livingstone from 13^th  to 19^th April, 2014. Registration fee
  is K400.00.
