  Elders’ Board takes place tomorrow 15^th
  December, 2013 at Chipata Main at 09: 00 hours. To attend are current saving
  and incoming 2014 Elders and company Leaders.
• 
  District Executive and Council Meetings to take
  place on 22^nd December, 2013. Departmental leaders to come with end
  of year and Quarterly Rep[orts and proposed 2014 Budget and Time managements. Time
  09:00 hours, Venue: Chipata Main.

Music

• 
  CZC Camp Meeting will be from tomorrow 15^th
  December, 2013 at Chongwe Basic School. Fees: K40.00 Registration; K60.00
  feeding

YOUTH

• 
  The SID Pathfinder Camporee will be from 13^th-
  19^th April, 2014. Registration is K450.00 per person.
• 
  Youth Camp shall be at Chipapa Basic School from
  22^nd – 29^th December, 2013. Fees: K90.00 per person.
• 
  Youth speakers are C. Shangala, Ev N. Ngulube
  and Ev E. Simbai.
• 
  Departure for Pathfinder Camp at Bethel
  Institute will be from Chipata Main tomorrow 15^th December, 2013 at
  10:00 hours. Fees K85.00. All Directors to meet at John Doris today at 14:00
  hours.
• 
  Youth leaders to bring money and list of those
  travelling at John Doris today.

DORCAS

• 
  There will be a Dorcas meeting for the
  recommended incoming and outgoing executive on Monday 16^th December,
  2013 at Chimwemwe Main. Time 14:00 hours
• 
  The Council will be on Wednesday 18^th
  December, 2013 at Chimwemwe Main at 14:00 hours.
