Announcements

• The Pastor is at Chimwemwe SDA Church today

• There will be an extra- ordinary Elders’ Board from 08:00h to10:00h; Executive Meeting from10:00h to 12:00h and District Council from 12:30h to 15:00h tomorrow 19/01/14 at Chipata Main SDA church to approve the time management. Please observe time.

• There is change of date of ordination from 19^th January, 2014 at Chimwemwe Main at 14:00h. due to this change the request for Chimwemwe East and Chipata Main choirs is no longer valid. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

• The new Elders and Deacons to be ordained must come with their wives if they are married and should be at Chimwemwe by 13:30h for lessons. Please observe time.

• Admin Elders from local churches must ensure that all new elders and deacons come for ordination.

• There will be Elders’ Serminar for all LNMD 2014 serving Elders on 26/01/14 from 08:00h to16:00h at Chimwemwe main. Please carry packed lunch.

• There will be women’s Leadership Training at university Church on 26/01/14 from 08:00h to 16:00h for all District and Church and women Ministries leaders. Elders in charge are encouraged to attend. Pleased carry packed lunch.

• Hope magazines are available. Elders to come with money at the extra-ordinary Elders’ Board so that they get copies for their churches.

• Prayer Band

• Each Church to send three dedicated volunteers from the local prayers band to attend the District prayers band tomorrow 19/01/14 at Chipata Main at 08:00h to prepare time management to latter approved by the District Council the same day.

• Stewardship

  All those who did not submit time management and budgets to do today 18^th January, 2014 to the district stewardship leader at chimwemwe main at 14:00hours.

  All local stewardship secretaries and treasures are advised to prepare their local first tithe goals for the year 2014 and submit to the district stewardship leader tomorrow at the council.

  All the local stewardship secretaries and treasuries and advised to attend the council tomorrow for further guidance from the district stewardship leader.

  Dorcas

  All Dorcas workers to attend the district council tomorrow for farther guidance from the pastor over the issue of affiliation fees.

   

  Youth

  The following are the centres for the churches heritage classes: Kabanana church, John Doris School, Chazanga Main, Chipata main and Ngwerere North.

  All those who wish to sit for the church heritage exam are advised to attend class at the nearest centre.

  Registration fee K10.00 to be paid through the district youth secretary /Treasurer.

  Deadline for paying registration fees is moth end of January, 2014.

  Centre for church heritage Exam are Thorn Park SDA church and City Church.

  Deadline for transport and food fees for the Camporee is 30^th march, 2014.01.

   The four(4)days camp for master Guide in July will be at Luano, registration is K50.00 and deadline is 4^th may, 2014.
