FROM THE PASTOR’S OFFICE

- The pastor is at Kalundu mission district for Stewardship Promotion.

There will be a council at City church on 2^nd February, 2014 for PAKIA, AMO and Dorcas at 08:00 hrs. All leaders and elders in charge of these departments to attend.
Because of the above mentioned Conference programme there are some adjustments for the Elders seminar. Date, venue and time will be communicated.

All those who did not pay for the Hope Magazines to do so, funds to be paid to elder Lonje.
All district departmental leaders who want to announce their programmes should submit their announcements to the district Executive Secretary by Thursdays in the morning to allow preparation of the Boucher in good time. Please take note.

Youth

Youth leadership seminar is on at John Doris up to 2^nd February,2014,all local church leaders under youth department to attend without fail and all youths are encouraged to attend.

All youths to prepare a K5.00 for certificates to be issued after the seminar exam on Sunday at 15:00 hrs.

CZC exams for Church Heritage will be on 9^th February, 2014, registration fees are K10.00, deadline was 31^st January, 2014 and exam centers are City church and Thorn park SDA church.

All candidates to get forms from Brother Motrin Mutebele at John Doris today 1^st February, 2014. Fill in the forms and submit the forms to the Secretary.

CZC Evangelism pre-campaigns for Youth week of prayers will be from 9^th to 15^th March, 2014.

Starting from 13^th to 22^nd March, 2014 there will be international week of prayers.

Starting from 13^th to 20^th April, 2014 there will be SID Path finder Camporee at Libes College in Livingstone. Deadline for transport and food is 30^th March, 2014.

Music

All local churches to select at least two (2) singers to be part of the District Choir and start preparing for Camp Meeting rehaersals.

All singers are to pay K10.00 per singer for the Conference programme. (For more details kindly get in touch with the District Chairman Deacon Malama on 0979 352884).

Evangelism

There will be a launch of Year of Literature Evangelism on 22^nd February, 2014 at Thorn park SDA chuch from 08:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs.

All local church publishing coordinators and elders in charge to attend. In the absence of the elder in charge the administrative elder should attend. Carry parked lunch.

There will be district Evangelism council at Chazanga main on 2^nd February, 2014. All local Personal Ministries leaders, Lay Preachers and elders in charge to attend the meeting.

Stewardship

All Stewardship Secretaries to meet briefly tomorrow 2^nd February, 2014 at Chimwemwe main at 09:00 hrs. Please observe time.
