FROM THE PASTOR’S OFFICE

- The pastor is at Kalundu mission district for Stewardship Promotion.

Next week the pastor will be in South Africa for a ministerial meeting. Kindly note that during the week when the pastor is out, all correspondence to be done through the District Secretary.
Because of the above mentioned Conference programme there are some adjustments for the Elders seminar. Date, venue and time will be communicated.

All those who did not pay for the Hope Magazines to do so, funds to be paid to elder P. Lonje of Chimwemwe main.
There is a newly opened Adventist School in Central Province and they are urgently looking for Junior Secondary School teachers. Those qualified and interested may call 0978 215700 or 0977 474204 for more details.

Youth

The District Youth department is thanking everyone who contributed to the success of the youth leadership seminar

All those who attended the leadership seminar and you need certificate of attendance you can contribute a K5.00 for the same through brother Matthews Maponda or brother Motrine Mutebele.

CZC exams for Church Heritage will be tomorrow 9^th February, 2014. Centers are City Church and Thornpark SDA church.

All LNMD Church Heritage Exzam candidates to meet at John Doris today 8^th February, 2014 at 14:00 hrs.

CZC Evangelism pre-campaigns for Youth week of prayers will be from 9^th to 15^th March, 2014.

All local churchs to choose two speakers for the pre-campaign in readiness for orientation.

From 13^th to 22^nd March, 2014 there will be international youth week of prayers.

All Pathfinders to meet on Sunday 9^th February, 2014 at Chimwemwe main SDA church from 08:00 hrs to 16:00m hrs. Come with parked lunch

There will be Adventurer music fellowship on 23^rd February, 2014.

All local churches to choose Youth Parliamentarians who will meet the Youth District Parliamentarian on 16^th February, 2014 to look at the Constitution. Venue and time will be communicated later.

From 13^th to 20^th April, 2014 there will be SID Pathfinder Camporee at Libes College in Livingstone.

AMO

District AMO executive to meet today 8^th February, 2014 at Chipata main SDA church. Time 14:00 hrs

Music

All local churches to select at least two (2) singers to be part of the District Choir and start preparing for Camp Meeting rehearsals. Kindly note the two (2) above meaning each church is supposed to choose more than one person; either two (2), three (3), four (4),etc.

All singers to pay K10.00 per singer for the Conference programme. (For more details kindly get in touch with the District Chairman Deacon Malama on 0979 352884).
