Greeting from the pastor

 

Today the pastor is at Chimwemwe West SDA

 

 

The District welcomes all newly Baptised Members who were baptized last week on 22^nd March 2014.  May the good Lord bless you as we serve Him.

 

There will be District Council tomorrow the 30^th March, 2014 at Chimwemwe  Main SDA time from 08hrs to 10hrs, All the District Leaders, Serving Elders and Local Church board members to attend. Please let us observe time.  

 

There will be District Elder’s seminar next month for serving and non-serving elder’s time from 08hrs to 15hrs, on 13^th April 2014 at Ngwerere North SDA Church. All elder’s serving and non-serving are encouraged to attend.

 

All treasures to submit their financial report today the 29^th to their Zone Auditors and for today’s tithes and offering to be receipted and deposited in the next month that is April  .

 

 

Camp meeting

The  will be work at the Camp site tomorrow the 30^th March, 2014 preparing for the Dorcas Rally and  Camp Meeting, All local Church Camp Chairperson, Camp Master and four (4) brothers from each local church to attend, transport and food will be provided by the District. Please let us come with working tools e.g. Slashes etc.

 

Note: the picking point for transport is as follows; Chimwemwe Area at Chimwemwe Main SDA time 07:30hrs, Chipata and Chazanga Area at Chalo Bantu station time 07:50hrs and Ngwerere North Area at 6miles time 08:10hrs. Please observe time.

 

Elders in-charge of Camp Meeting to make sure the above works out well.    

 

 

Youth

The District Youth Leaders would like to thank the parents and churches for the support given during the pathfinder fair held at Yotam Muleya basic school. May the Good Lord bless you. 

 

All local AY leaders who did not bring the quarterly report and week of prayer report to do so today to the youth secretary at Chimwemwe West SDA.

 

There will be a Pathfinder Camporee  from 13^th to 20^th April 2014 in Livingstone Libes college, all those who registered for the above camp to meet the youth leadership at Chimwemwe Main SDA  tomorrow at 09hrs.

 

Dorcas

The Dorcas Zone leaders will be visiting Lusaka North Mission District on 31^st March, 2014 at Chipata Main SDA Church and All Dorcas Mothers for LNMD are to be there by 13hrs.

Dorcas District Executive will be visiting kabanana church and kabanana branch on 02^nd April 2014 time 13hrs meeting place is kabanana SDA church.

 

 

 

Music

They will be Music Fellowship on 06^th April 2014 at Kasamba SDA Church in Matero Mission District in preparation for City Crusade and the following groups to attend Chipata Main Church Choir, Chimwemwe East Church Choir and Jordan Choir.     

Evangelism

All Personal Ministries leaders to submit reports today the 29^th May, 2014.

District Evangelism leaders to attend the District Council

Lay preachers seminar for beginners will be on 4^th May, 2014 at John Doris. Each church to sponsor two (2) members. All leaders and men are welcome. Participation fee is K40.00 per participant.

 

 

Stewardship

There will be SID stewardship seminar from 3^rd to 7^th April, 2014 at Chelstone Green SDA church. To attend are; Stewardship leaders, Elders in-charge and Strategic and Finance committee members. Each church to sponsor one or two representatives.
