Greeting from the pastor

 

Today the pastor is at the Government Complex for the final preparation of the City Crusade.

 

The District welcomes the Dorcas Mothers and Youths from the Camp.

 

Local PM Leaders and elders in charge of PM to worship at the Government Complex today the 26^th April 2014. Carry packed lunch.

 

Tomorrow Sunday the 27^th April 2014 there will be a march-past from Zambia Union. All the AMO, Dorcas workers and Youths must be in their uniforms 

 

 

Auditing

All local treasurers to close the monthly financial Report today the 26^th April, 2014 and make sure that all the funds collected today are deposited by Tuesday the 29^th April 2014 and submit the reports on Saturday the 3^rd May, 2014 to their Zone Auditors.

 

All Church Treasurers to bring treasury documents, that is, yellow sheets and bank deposit slips from January, 2013 to March, 2014 at Chimwemwe main SDA church on Sunday 27^th April, 2014. The Central Zambia Conference Auditor will be there. Please act without fail. It is a very serious matter.

 

 

Youth

There will be a Master Guide Camp in Luano Valley. Registration is k50 and deadline is 4^th May 2014 to be paid at CZC office City Church

 

There will be District Ambassador fair on 11^th may, 2014, local clubs to start preparing.

 

 

Dorcas

There will be Dorcas counsel on 30^th April 2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA Church. Dorcas Executive meeting 11:00 hrs and General Counsel 13:00 hrs.

 

 

AMO

There will be District AMO big Sabbath come together at Chipata Main SDA Church on 10^th May 2014, all men in LNMD are invited and please come in uniforms.

 

 There will be a meeting for District AMO Executive leaders at Chipata Main SDA Church for the same preparation today at 14:00 hrs .

 

 

Evangelism

The lay preachers’ seminar has been postponed to 23^rd May, 2014 at John Doris. Fees are K40.00 per person and each local church to sponsor two members that is beginners. All local PM leaders, PM Secretaries and Elders in charges are encouraged to attend without fail.

 

 

Stewardship
