Greeting from the pastor
Today the pastor is at Garden Main SDA Church.
All baptized members whose certificates were not signed by the pastor should bring them back to the Church clerks who will take them to the Pastor for signature.
Auditing
All local treasurers to close their Financial Report today the 24/05/2014 and make sure deposit all the funds collected today by Friday and submit the report next week Saturday the 31/05/14 to their Zone Auditors.
Youth
There will be AY Executive meeting tomorrow at Chimwemwe Main, time 08:00 hrs and all club leaders should come with reports.
There will be pathfinder Fair on 08/06/2014. Venue OYDC Lusaka and all pathfinders from local churches to meet tomorrow 08:30 hrs at Chimwemwe Main for the same preparation and come with packed Lunch.
All local Churches that have remained with the balances to pay for their exams and other activities to do so before next week Sabbath
Church heritage exams registration deadline is 30/06/2014.
There will be a Master Guide Camp in Luano Valley registration is K50 and deadline has been extended up to 25th May 2014 to be paid at CZC office City Church.
There will be CZC Council on 25th May 2014 at City Church SDA.
Evangelism
There will be lay preachers seminar which was postponed to 23rd May 2014 at John Doris, fees is K40 per person and each local church to sponsor two members that is beginners, All local PM leaders, PM secretary and Elders in charges are encouraged to attend without fail.
AMO
There will be an Education tour to Kafue on 25/05/2014 for AMO men in LNMD.
Dorcas
Dorcas Police visitation is on Sunday and all to be at their canters by 08:00 hrs.
All councillors to meet at Chipata Main SDA time 11:00 hrs leaders and secretaries at 12:00 hrs.
All executive dorcas leaders to meet on 28/05/2014 at chazanga North time 08:00 hrs
Music
The District Choir to meet at Kabanana Church tomorrow the 25/05/2014.
They will be Music Rotation on the 07/06/2014 and the following churches to host
