FROM THE PASTOR’S OFFICE

 

Greeting from the pastor

 

Today the pastor is at Mandevu Central

 

There will be district elders board on 22/06/2014 venue and time to be communicated later.

 

All local churches are encourage to hold their local church boards and business meeting before 22/06/2014 so that they can come with approved reports to the district elders board.

 

There will be a seminar for all SOP and Publishing Coordinators at City Church from 09:00 hrs to 12hrs by Pastor Chimbo.

 

 

STERWARDSHIP

Attached is the Revised District and Camp meeting contribution for the Local Churches. Please all local Admin Elders and Local Treasurers to have the copy and act according.

 

 

Camp Meeting

The Camp meeting start on 10/08/2014 up to 17/08/2014, all Local churches to start remitting districts expenses in the district account.

 

 

Youth

The will be an ambassador Bible conference on 21/06/2014 venue to be communicated later.

 

There will be pathfinder Fair tomorrow the 08/06/2014 Venue OYDC Lusaka and all pathfinders are required pay k5 for transport and meeting place is Chipata main and chazanga main at 07:00 hrs. All churches that didn’t pay should do so today at Chazanga main.

 

There will be Adventurer games day on 28/06/2014 at SOS.

 

Church heritage exams registration deadline is 30/06/2014.

 

 

AMO

The will be CZC AMO Council tomorrow the 08/06/2014 at City church time 09:00 hrs.

 

The District AMO leadership will have a meeting on Wednesday 11/06/2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA church at 16:00 hrs.

 

 

Dorcas

Chazanga Main Dorcas Visitation did not take place because of the Zone meeting.

All executive Dorcas Leaders will worship at Enviro today the 07/06/2014.

 

 

VOP

All the VOP Church coordinators to meet and get the lessons at Chimwemwe Main SDA tomorrow the 08/06/2014 time 09hrs please observe time.

 

 

 

 

Evangelism

All trained lay preachers to worship at Chipata main church next Sabbath 14^th June 2014 to collect their certificates.

 

The district evangelism leadership is thanking all churches and the district executive for supporting the 56 lay preachers trained at John Doris.
