The pastor is out of the country and all communication to be done through the district executive secretary Elder John Majuru on 0979,214365 who is at SOS today with the Youths.
The Lusaka North Mission District Pathfinders worn a Gold medal on the CZC Pathfinders Fair held at OYDC last Sunday, we thank you for the support may God bless you.
There will be district elders board tomorrow 22/06/2014 at Chazanga Main SDA church. Time 09:00 hrs. All serving elders to attend and come with departmental reports.
District Executive council will be on 29/06/2014 time 08:30hrs to 11hrs at Chipata Main SDA church and District Council the same day and venue time 11hrs to 13hrs.
The latest Hope magazines are now available for cash. All those who did not finish paying for the previous copies to do so as you come for the Elders’ board. Admin Elders please take note and come with the cash.
There will be baptism on 28th June 2014. Churches to prepare candidates in advance.
Camp Meeting
The Camp meeting will be from 10/08/14 to 16/08/14, all Local churches are required to deposit not less than half the amount of their goals by the end of June.
The main speaker for this year’s camp meeting is Pastor G. Kafuta from North Zambia field. Other speakers are Pastor E. Chimbo and Evangelist J. Fakazi.
Auditing
All local treasures to close there financial books and submit them next week.
Youth
There is Ambassador Bible conference today 21/06/2014 at SOS. Each church to contribute K40.
There will be pathfinder exams tomorrow the 22/06/2014 at John Doris time 08hrs please obverse time and every pathfinder to pay k1.50 per class.
All candidates must be in uniform and those who will come after 08:30hrs will not be allowed to sit for exams

All invigilators to be in full uniform and to be at the centre by 07:30hrs.

All local youth leaders to submit their quarterly reports to brother Motrin today at SOS.
There will be Adventurer games tomorrow the 29/06/2014 at SOS. Each church to contribute k100.
Church heritage exams will be on 20/07/2014, registration deadline is 30/06/2014.
All Church heritage candidates to send the age and contact numbers today to the youth secretary who is at SOS.
There will be Red Cross training on 20/07/2014 fees k50 only and those who are interested to register with the youth secretary.
No meeting should be held on Sabbath and all youth department Announcement to be send to the youth secretary.
There will be a Master Guide Camp in Luano Valley registration is k50. Total fees for the camp is k270 and all Local churches to sponsor two Master Guide by helping then with k100 each and the balance of k170 to be paid by the camper. Fees to be paid through Brother Matthew Mandopa at John Doris on 31/05/2014 time 16:00 hrs.
MUSIC
District Music Choir is still open to everyone who wants to join and the uniform is at k40, deadline for joining and buying the uniform is month end June 2014. For more details kindly get in touch with district music leaders.
The District Music Choir will meet tomorrow the 22/06/2014 at Chazanga Main SDA time 09:00 hrs.
Prayer Band
The district prayer band will worship at Chazanga centre on 28/06/2014.
Dorcas
The Dorcas executive leaders will visit Chazanga main on 25/06/2014 time 08:00 hrs for door to door visitation.
AMO
The Amo district leaders to meet today 14hrs at Chipata main SDA, All the local leaders who have not submitted their quarterly report to do so today.
Evangelism
Personal ministries secretaries to submit quarterly reports to the evangelism executive leader at Chazanga main tomorrow at 09:00 hrs.
There will be evangelism executive meeting tomorrow at Chazanga main church at 09:00 hrs. VOP district leaders and local church VOP leaders to attend.
There will be Literature Evangelists beginners’ seminar starting on 30th June, 2014 up to 3rd July, 2014 at Chimwemwe SDA church.
