The pastor is not feeling well and he is at home, please pray for the quick recovery of the pastor
We welcome all the newly baptized members.
The latest Hope magazines are now available for cash. All those who did not finish paying for the previous copies to do so and new copies are with Elder Lonje.
There will be elder’s board tomorrow the 20/07/2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA time 09hrs, please let us observe time and all local serving elders to attend without fail.
Today the 19/07/2014 and next week Sabbath the 26/07/2014 will have district camp meeting promotion in all Local Church, preachers to be send by the district under evangelism department, local elders to co-operate and work together with the speakers.
Camp Meeting
If the local treasurers did not deposit the balance for camp meeting expense last week by Friday, please local elders come with cash or deposit slip as you come for a meeting tomorrow 20/07/2014.
All Local churches to send five people per Church to go and work at the Camp Site tomorrow the 20/07/2014. Please elders in charge of Camp meeting let us see to it that this works out as will be making some benches for the chapel at the camp site. Transport and Food will be provided by the district. Picking point Chimwemwe Main 08hrs, Chalo Batwo 08:20hrs and 6miles 08:40hrs. Please let us observe time.
The Camp meeting will be from 10/08/14 to 16/08/14, all Local churches are required to deposit not less than half the amount of their goals by the end of June.
The main speaker for this year’s camp meeting is Pastor EK. Manjimela, Other speakers are Pastor E. Chimbo and Evangelist J. Fakazi. Take note of the changes on the main speaker for the camp meeting

Youth
The district Youth executive Leaders and district Club area Co-ordinators to meet the district secretary tomorrow the 20/07/2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA, time 08hrs. Agenda: Camp meeting program that is Children Ministry and a youth day during the camp meeting week. Please observe time as we have another meeting at 09hrs.
There will be Red Cross training on 20/07/2014 fees k50 only and those who are interested to register with the youth secretary.
All local leaders for Adventurers and Pathfinder to give one person per club and submit the names to the district area Co-ordinators.
Dorcas
Dorcas Executive members and Counsellors to meet with Dorcas Emmasdale executive members on Monday the 21/07/2014 at Chipata Main SDA time 12hrs.
Dorcas Executive meeting and General Counsel will be on the 23/07/2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA time 11hrs executive and 13hrs General Counsel.
Music
They will be district Music Audition on 27/07/2014 at Chipata Main SDA time 08hrs in preparation for Camp meeting and all singers to contribution k5 per singer.
All district music directors to meet tomorrow at Chimwemwe Main, time 09hrs as the district Choir meet for rehearse at the same venue.
