Greetings from the pastor.
The pastor today is at Ngwerere North SDA church.
The District is selling a good second hand submersible pump at K2, 000 negotiable, those interested get in touch with Elder Mweemba on 0954 001230 / 0977 965400.
There will be elder’s board tomorrow 03/08/2014 at Camp site time 10:00 hrs. All elders to attend without fail.
Admin elders of churches who have outstanding balances of camp meeting expenses to come with cash as they come for the elders’ board meeting.
All local Admini elders, Local Stewardship Secretary and Local Treasurers to compile a list of tithes and offering returns for all the local members from 01st January, 2014 to 02st August, 2014
The Admini elder to submit the local tithes and offering returns list to the District Secretary (Elder John Majuru) during the Camp Meeting week. (See the attached example)
Stewardship
All local admin elders and local Treasurers to submit the amount for Camp Meeting free will offering to the District Stewardship Leader Elder Kenneth Kalindo.
Auditing
All local treasurers to submit their financial reports today the 02/08/2014 to their Zone Auditors.
Youth
All directors for Adventurers and pathfinders tomeet on Sunday at 07:30 hrs to go and complete construction of the children’s chapel at the camp site.
Parents and leaders to organize small books, pencils and cryons for this year’s children’s camp activities.
All selected teachers to collect lessons from the area coordinators committee on Sunday at 08:00 hrs. All the adventurers, pathfinders and teachers who were selected to meet on Wednesday 6th August, 2014 at Chimwemwe main for Sabbath school practice at 14:00 hrs.
Public assessment is today 2nd August, 2014 at UNZA SDA church for those who failed the previous assessment.
Camp Meeting
The Camp meeting will be from 10th to 16th August, 2014. All local churches are encouraged to obverse traffic rules and be in the camp by 15hrs on the 10/08/2014.
Theme for the camp meeting: “Behold He Cometh” and theme song: “At the Door”, Local hymn number 2.
The main speaker for this year’s camp meeting is Pastor E. K. Manjimela from
University Church. Other speakers are Pastor E. Chimbo and Evangelist J. Fakazi.
Children Speakers: Main Speaker Elder Jonathan Mulenga from Emmasdale Mission District (Garden North SDA), Co- Speaker Steven Phiri Lusaka North Mission District (Chipata North SDA) and, instructors will be our local Pathfinders and Adventurers’ Leaders.
Health
All local church health leaders and one health worker to meet at Angels Clinic near Chazanga basic school time 08:30 hrs on 03/08/2014. Agenda planning for camp meeting health issues.
Sabbath School
They will be Sabbath school meeting tomorrow the 03/08/2014, to attend are all Sabbath school officers venue Chimwemwe Main SDA time 09hrs.
Music
All the Local directors to meet tomorrow the 03/08/2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA time 09:00 hrs .
