FROM THE PASTOR’S OFFICE

 

The Pastor is at home preparing to go for a camp meeting tomorrow.

 

We would like to thank all the Elders and Local Members for the cooperation shown during the camp meeting week may the good Lord richly bless you.

 

All departments that took part at the camp meeting to submit reports to elder R. Moyo of Chimwemwe main today 30^th August, 2014 without fail.

 

Receipts of expenditure to be given to elder F. Haguyu.

 

Administrative elders to submit list of tithes and offerings returns for their local church members from January, 2014 to August, 2014 to  the District Secretary (Elder John Majuru) today 30^th August, 2014 at Chipata main church and for Ngwerere North Area to submit to Elder Mweemba at Ngwerere North. Please let us use the advised format and make sure we submit today. 

 

The District is selling a good second hand sub massive pump at K2, 000 negotiable, those interested get in touch with Elder Mweemba on 0954 001230 / 0977 965400.

 

 

AUDITING

All local treasurers to submit the financial report to their Zone Auditors today the 30/08/2014.

 

 

Youth

All qualified Master guides who passed church heritage exams from 2000 to 2014 to meet at Chazanga main tomorrow without fail, time 09:00 hrs

 

There will be Pathfinder private assessment on 7^th September 2014 at John Doris and Ngwerere North at 09:00 hrs.

 

There will be Pathfinder public assessment on 27^th September, 2014. Venues and time will be notified

 

There will be Pathfinder worldwide day on 20^th September, 2014. Please prepare.

 

All Ambassador Directors to meet at John Doris tomorrow Sunday time 09:00 hrs.

 

Free tuitions for G9 and G12 are on at John Doris under Ambassador Club, meeting days are as follows: Sunday 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs, Monday to Friday 15hrs to 17hrs

 

AMO

District AMO leaders to meet at Chipata Main SDA today the 30/08/2014 time 12:00 hrs and local church AMO leaders to meet with the District AMO leaders at Chipata main SDA today the 30/08/2014 time 13:00 hrs. Please obverse time

 

Dorcas

Counselors will be in all churches to promote Chipata clinic programme and promotion will be held on 6^th September, 2014.

 

Dorcas general council will be on Wednesday 3^rd September, 2014 at

 

Chimwemwe main at 13:30 hrs. Executive to meet at 11:00 hrs.

 

 

Prayer band
