End of quarterly Baptism to be held during Crusades time, date and venue to be advised.
There will be District Elders Board tomorrow the 21st September 2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA time 14hrs,
District Executive Council on 05th October, 2014 at Chipata Main SDA and District Council on 12th October 2014. All local Elders are Encourage to get the quarterly report from the local Churches and come with them to the meeting.
There will be Local Church Election tomorrow at Chazanga Main SDA for the following churches Chazanga main, Chazanga North, Chazanga west with Chazanga Central and Kabanana Church with Kabanana coy starting Time 09hrs. Elder Lonje and Elder Mweemba to help the district pastor during Election and Chazanga Main SDA to provide Lunch for the Pastor and the two district leaders. Please observe time.
The following churches should today put in place special nominating committees and vote in nominating committees which will nominate officers for next year on 28th, September, 2014: Chimwemwe Main, Chimwemwe East, Ngwerere South, Ngwerere North, Dimondale church, Fumbelo SDA and Enviro SDA.
All the nominating committees’ members for Chimwemwe Main, Chimwemwe East, and Ngwerere South to meet Elder Majuru today the 20th September, 2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA time 14:30hrs for a briefly meeting and for Ngwerere North, Dimondale church, Fumbelo SDA and Enviro SDA to Meet Elder Kalindo for a briefly meeting at Ngwerere North church tomorrow at 09 hours. Please observe time.
All local church members to be at their churches until the elections are over.
Youth
There will be youth executive on 28/09/2014 time 09hrs and council at 11hrs at John Dorise
Ambassador exams will be on 19/10/2014 at John Dorise
Ambassadors’ education tour will be on 26th October, 2014 at dream Valley Park. Fees are K60 per participant and deadline for payments is 18th October, 2014.
Lusaka North candidates for master guide to attend the Muchenje investiture from 24th to 26th October, 2014
There will be Pathfinder Investiture on 27th September, 2014. Investiture Centres are as follows: the following Churches to be at Ngwerere South (Ngwerere South, Chimwemwe Main and Chimwemwe East), at Chimwemwe West (Chimwemwe West, Mandevu Central, Chipata North and
Chipata Main), at Chazanga North (Chazanga North, Chazanga Main, Chazanga
West, Chazanga Central, Kabanana church and Ngwerere North).
There will be Pathfinder worldwide day on 20th September, 2014. Please prepare.
Free tuitions for G9 and G12 are on at John Doris under Ambassador Club, meeting days are as follows: Sunday 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs, Monday to Friday 15hrs to 17hrs
All candidates to be at their centres by 08hrs and they will be private assessment at the centres to accommodate those who failed
AY leaders to submit week of prayers and quarterly report through speakers today.
Dorcas
The District Dorcas leaders would like to thank all the members who helped during the Chipata clinic programme God bless you all.
There will be a two weeks District Dorcas Crusade starting on 12th October, 2014 up to 25th Octobers 2014 venue Chimwemwe Main SDA , Speakers: Main Speaker Pastor John Sinkamba from Shimukuni Mission District , Second speaker Elder John Majuru from Lusaka North Mission District and Translate or Interpret will be Elder Petros Nyirenda from Lusaka North Mission District .
