All churches are reminded that 11th October is Pastors’ appreciation day.
End of quarter baptism to be held during Crusades time, date and venue to be advised.
There will be District Executive Council on 05th October, 2014 at Chipata Main SDA and District Council on 12th October 2014 at Chimwemwe Main. All local Elders are Encourage to get the quarterly reports in their local churches and come with them to the meeting.
The will be Local Church Election tomorrow at Chimwemwe Main SDA for the following churches Chimwemwe Main, Chimwemwe East, and Ngwerere South starting Time 09hrs. Elder Majuru, Elder Haguyu and Elder Miyoba to help the district pastor during Election and Chimwemwe Main SDA to provide Lunch for the Pastor and the district leaders. Please observe time.
The following churches will have Church Election Next Week on 05/10/2014 Ngwerere North, Dimondale church, Fumbelo SDA and Enviro SDA.

Auditing
All local treasurers to close the financial book today the 27/09/2014 and make sure deposit is done by 30/09/2014 and submit the report to the Zone Auditor
Music
They will be a Meeting for the Music District leaders and Music Directors tomorrow the 28/09/2014 at Chazanga Main SDA time 08:30hrs.
Youth
There will be youth executive on 28/09/2014 time 08:30 hrs and council at 10:30 hrs at John Doris. All AY leaders must come with quarterly reports and all speakers for the just ended week of prayers should bring reports.
Ambassador exams will be on 19/10/2014 at John Doris.
Ambassadors’ education tour will be on 26th October, 2014 at dream Valley Park. Fees are K60 per participant and deadline for payments is 18th October, 2014.
Lusaka North candidates for master guide to attend the Muchenje investiture from 24th to 26th October, 2014.
Today 27th September, 2014 there will be Pathfinder Investiture at Chzanga North, Chimwemwe West & Ngwerere South.

There will be Adventurers exams on26th October, 2014. The December camp will be from 21st to 28th December, 2014.
Free tuitions for G9 and G12 are on at John Doris under Ambassador Club, meeting days are as follows: Sunday 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs, Monday to Friday 15hrs to 17hrs
All candidates to be at their centres by 08hrs and they will be private assessment at the centres to accommodate those who failed

Dorcas
There will be a two weeks District Dorcas Crusade starting on 12th October, 2014 up to 25th Octobers 2014 venue Chimwemwe Main SDA , Speakers: Main Speaker Pastor John Sinkamba from Shimukuni Mission District , Second speaker Elder John Majuru from Lusaka North Mission District and translator or interpreter will be Elder Petros Nyirenda from Lusaka North Mission District .
There will be Dorcas council on Wednesday 1st October 2014 at Chimwemwe main at 13:30 hrs and executive meeting will be at 11:00 hrs . All Dorcas prayer band members to attend the executive meeting.
