FROM THE PASTOR’S OFFICE
Greetings from the Pastor.
The Pastor is on leave from today 22nd November, 2014 up to 31st December 2014, all communication and other related issues for the District to be done through the Executive District Secretary Elder John Majuru contact number 0979214365.
The Baptism certificates are available and all Local Admini Elders to get in touch with Elder Majuru or Elder Lonje for the Baptism certificates of the newly baptised members.
All elders are encouraged to take care and nature the newly baptized members.
All local churches are encouraged to deposit their monthly contribution to the district account.
Teacher’s conversion (ZBUC) takes place from 16-21 Dec 2014 in Livingstone registration fees K250 and transport K270 that is to and from Livingstone deadline for payments is 30th November, 2014.
ASI Zambia conversion takes place from 3rd December to 6th December 2014 at Mike hotel. Preacher pastor Papu, fees K1,500 per person and lodging fees K500 per night (K2000 for 4 days).
Youth
All Pathfinder Directors to meet at Chipata main tomorrow from 08:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs, come with packed lunch.
All Ambassador Leaders to meet tomorrow at Chimwemwe main at 09:00hrs for 2015 Time Management.
All AY Education Secretaries to meet at 15:00hrs at Chimwemwe main.
AY December camp is on, registration fee is K15 and you are advise to reserve K40 for transport as you are making own transport and food arrangements for your church.

Stewardship
There will be a Stewardship lessons today the 1st November, 2014 for all 2014 serving and 2015 in-coming Stewardship Secretaries, Treasurers and elders in-charge, starting time 09:00hrs at Chipata main SDA church, please come with packed Lunch.

The CZC master guide retreat is ending tomorrow morning.
Adventurers exams will on 2nd November, 2014 at K2 per class

All master guides should register their names through secretariat with church heritage and master guide certificates before 15th November, 2014. Pastor Moonga wants an updated list.
There will be AY society camp for Ambassoders and Pathfinders at Chikumbi School from 21st to 28th December, 2014.
Registration is K15, transport and food to be arranged in churches.

Parents and leaders to organize small books, pencils and cryons for this year’s children’s camp activities.
All selected teachers to collect lessons from the area coordinators committee on Sunday at 08:00 hrs. All the adventurers, pathfinders and teachers who were selected to meet on Wednesday 6th August, 2014 at Chimwemwe main for Sabbath school practice at 14:00 hrs.
Public assessment is today 2nd August, 2014 at UNZA SDA church for those who failed the previous assessment.
Camp Meeting
The Camp meeting will be from 10th to 16th August, 2014. All local churches are encouraged to obverse traffic rules and be in the camp by 15hrs on the 10/08/2014.
Theme for the camp meeting: “Behold He Cometh” and theme song: “At the Door”, Local hymn number 2.
The main speaker for this year’s camp meeting is Pastor E. K. Manjimela from
University Church. Other speakers are Pastor E. Chimbo and Evangelist J. Fakazi.
Children Speakers: Main Speaker Elder Jonathan Mulenga from Emmasdale Mission District (Garden North SDA), Co- Speaker Steven Phiri Lusaka North Mission District (Chipata North SDA) and, instructors will be our local Pathfinders and Adventurers’ Leaders.

There will be elder’s board tomorrow the 20/07/2014 at Chimwemwe Main SDA time 09hrs, please let us observe time and all local serving elders to attend without fail.
Today the 19/07/2014 and next week Sabbath the 26/07/2014 will have district camp meeting promotion in all Local Church, preachers to be send by the district under evangelism department, local elders to co-operate and work together with the speakers.
Camp Meeting
If the local treasurers did not deposit the balance for camp meeting expense last week by Friday, please local elders come with cash or deposit slip as you come for a meeting tomorrow 20/07/2014.
All Local churches to send five people per Church to go and work at the Camp Site tomorrow the 20/07/2014. Please elders in charge of Camp meeting let us see to it that this works out as will be making some benches for the chapel at the camp site. Transport and Food will be provided by the district. Picking point Chimwemwe Main 08hrs, Chalo Batwo 08:20hrs and 6miles 08:40hrs. Please let us observe time.
The Camp meeting will be from 10/08/14 to 16/08/14, all Local churches are required to deposit not less than half the amount of their goals by the end of June.

Camp Meeting
They will be a Meeting for all Local Elder in charge of Camp Meeting, Local Chairperson Camp Meeting and district Camp Meeting leaders on 06/07/2014 at the Camp site, time 09hrs.
The Camp meeting will be from 10/08/14 to 16/08/14, all Local churches are required to deposit not less than half the amount of their goals by the end of June.
The main speaker for this year’s camp meeting is Pastor G. Kafuta from North Zambia field. Other speakers are Pastor E. Chimbo and Evangelist J. Fakazi.

Tomorrow Sunday the 27th April 2014 there will be a march-past from Zambia Union. All the AMO, Dorcas workers and Youths must be in their uniforms
Auditing
All local treasurers to close the monthly financial Report today the 26th April, 2014 and make sure that all the funds collected today are deposited by Tuesday the 29th April 2014 and submit the reports on Saturday the 3rd May, 2014 to their Zone Auditors.
All Church Treasurers to bring treasury documents, that is, yellow sheets and bank deposit slips from January, 2013 to March, 2014 at Chimwemwe main SDA church on Sunday 27th April, 2014. The Central Zambia Conference Auditor will be there. Please act without fail. It is a very serious matter.

There will be District Elder’s seminar next month for serving and non-serving elder’s time from 08hrs to 15hrs, on 13th April 2014 at Ngwerere North SDA Church. All elder’s serving and non-serving are encouraged to attend.

Camp meeting

and societies to take place on 3rd November, 2013 at Chimwemwe Main
at 08:00 hours. Dorcas AMO, Youth and
Music. Each society to choose two representatives for Youth, Dorcas and AMO
elections and each singing group to send two representatives for music

AMO – All Dorcas societies to start preparing for CZC Zone exposure Day to
be advised. -

December youth Camp Fees K90.00 per person from 22nd to 28th
December, 2013. -

Pathfinder Camporee will be at LIBES College in Livingstone from 13th to 19th April, 2014. Registration fee
is K400.00.

will take place on 24th of October 2013. All are to assemble at
shokas bus stop along Kasangula road at 07:00hrs for March Past to the clinic. All

place on 20th October 2-13. Our district is to be represented by Rick
Shamuyombwe and Agrippa Nyirenda.
